Do not have any negatives. Very forgiving. Draws nicely. Best bang for my buck. Tried taylormade and ping demos and this one didn't hit any worse or better other than the forgiveness. I'll be buying the 5 wood next.

This club performs exactly like I had anticipated. Not only does it perform off the tee, hitting it off the deck on par 5's has resulted in birdies I would otherwise not have achieved. Excellent club I have already recommended to several of my playing partners.
This 5 wood replaced a 3 hybrid. It is just as easy to hit, flies higher and lands softer. It is working great on the firm greens in Tucson.
The Hot Launch Max #7 fairway club is similar to my old E525, but not as good! I sold my old E525, #7, but kept my my E525 #5 fairway club and continuously wish I could get it back. Tried very hard to purchase a new one, but to no luck! It may just be the perfect combination of shaft and custom built length, but I have tried numerous other fairway woods and they are just not the same. I also still have a E722 Driver with a Ventus R - Red shaft and I have tried with no luck to replace it with a new Tour Edge Driver, also with no luck! I guess you just get lucky with certain combinations of equipment! Thx. Steve K
Great club, great price.
I just received the club and had not been able to get out on the course yet, but I hit it at the range and I love it already. First impression was that it feels so comfortable behind the ball, and it turned out very easy to hit. Ball gets up in the air with ease and seems easy to control. Even on my couple of mis-hits, it was not that far off target. I think I am going to love this club on the course. Can’t wait to get it out.

Performed as described
After resolving a setup issue, the clubs proved to be high launching and responsive. Clubhead cover is good, however the loft dials on it can accidentally change too easily when bumped. Guess I’ll superglue the dial.

Great club
I have only used it a couple of times so far. I can't seem to get it in the air. I was using an old Adams 5 wood that I hit really well, thought I would get with the times. I'll figure it out sooner or later.
Love it!!! Shipped in just a couple of days! Looks great and hits way better than my old Taylor made 3 wood! 🤓

Was looking for a 7 wood and decided to try the Tour Edge Hot Launch Max #7 Fairway with SR shaft and Tour Velvet Midsize grip. Liked it so well that I later ordered a Hot Launch Max Driver and after that replaced my old 5 Hybrid with a Tour Edge Hot Launch Max Hybrid. All are great clubs that work well for this soon to be 79 year old.

I purchased a driver with a 43" shaft to help with control (it did). Decided to update so I purchased a #4 22 Hybrid and a 3-wood. The 3-wood plays a bit different than the driver and Hybrid. The flight on the 3-wood is either straight or slightly left to right. The other 2 draw slightly. Distance is about 190 yards carry. I'm 77 so that's pretty good. I like it and so far so good.

I’ve had the 5 wood for a few weeks, been to the driving range and played four rounds of golf with it. I can honestly say this club is fantastic. It’s very forgiving. It’s easy to work the ball with a fade or a draw. The sound off the club face is very good with a nice penetrating ball flight. Anyone looking for a quality fairway wood at an affordable price, this is it.
