At Tour Edge, we stand behind our products and want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

What is the 30-Day Play Guarantee?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund to your original payment method. Your refund will include the full purchase price and applicable taxes, excluding shipping charges.

Golf clubs purchased under this guarantee may be returned in any “playable” condition. This means you can test and play the club for up to 30 days and still return it, provided the club is not broken or deemed unplayable.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

How do I start a return?

Our team will provide a prepaid return shipping label for customers located within the Continental United States. Customers outside the Continental U.S. are responsible for return shipping costs.

What products are covered?

The 30-Day Play Guarantee applies only to golf clubs purchased directly from Touredge.com.

The guarantee does not apply to:

  • Adjustable club components and accessories, including weights and screws
  • Standalone club accessories
  • Travel covers
  • Luggage
  • Headwear
  • Apparel

The 30-Day Play Guarantee is only applicable to clubs purchased directly through Touredge.com. If you purchased your clubs through a retail store or authorized dealer, please contact that retailer directly regarding their return policy.
