If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full credit.
Golf clubs may be returned within 30 days of receipt.
All other items — including apparel, headwear, bags, and accessories — must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for return. Items returned worn, used, washed, damaged, or without original packaging and tags will not be credited.
What is a full merchandise credit?
A full merchandise credit means we will credit the amount you paid for the item along with any sales tax, not including shipping, back to your original payment method. This credit will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of your return.
How do I make a return?
Simply contact our customer care team via email at cs@touredge.com or by phone at (800) 515-3343 and they will provide you with a prepaid shipping label. Prepaid shipping labels are restricted to Continental US only. All other areas the customer must pay the return shipping.
Our return policy applies to clubs purchased directly from Tour Edge at Touredge.com. If you purchased clubs from a retail store, please contact the retailer directly to discuss your options.
