Step into every fairway lie with ease. The all-new Hot Launch Max D fairway delivers a naturally straight ball flight and smooth contact, keeping you connected to the pin.
A rear weight repositions mass toward the back perimeter of the club head, enhancing forgiveness and stability for favorable results.
Speed Across the Face
Diamond-shaped variable thickness zones maximize ball speed and accuracy across the face, helping you get consistent distance whether you make perfect contact, or strike it off the heel or toe.
Draw-Biased Straight-Flight Design
Built-in offset helps you square the clubface at impact, promoting a straighter, more controlled ball flight. The setup at address guarantees more confidence to overcome the unwanted fade or slice.
Smoother Contact
A new V-Taper Sole tapers toward the back perimeter of the head to shift weight outward, which not only increases forgiveness and heightens launch, but also reduces digging upon impact for cleaner ball strikes.
Effortless Launch
The Max D model features a shallower face profile which produces higher launch and more spin and forgiveness for a more airborne ball flight.

Aldila Ascent
The Aldila Ascent PL provides lightweight performance with faster club head speeds without sacrificing feel. Ascent PL technology is designed to resist ovaling, keeping the clubhead in position and creating more center-face contact.
Purchased the Max D 7 wood. Had it cut and rebalanced. That part of the process worked well. Tour edge done a great job doing that. Unfortunately, I could not hit the club consistently, so when I was looking at the website under reviews, I came across John D’s review. Since my swing speed matched his, I purchased a seven wood with the ladies flex. Used it today and hit it consistently. Will now be purchasing a Max D 11 wood in ladies flex. Thanks John for the advice and Tour Edge for making great and affordable golf clubs
Not necessarily for everyone but for 77 yo, they are a lifesaver.
As I lost club head speed, these(9&11) woods helped me get some height back and thus stopping power. I hit them as straight or straighter than the irons they replaced. Won’t ever be young and strong as I was, but keeps me playing into old age.
Well done Tour Edge…….
The club arrived in perfect condition. It’s a great match to the C522 HotLaunch 7-wood already in my bag. Now I have two favorites clubs from Tour Edge!
With this club and the Hot Launch Ironwoods, I won my super senior Flt at the Par Tee Club Golf Tournament in Ft Wayne, IN one week ago with a score of 93,90 for two days. Best clubs I've had in years and the easiest to hit. I'm eighty one and feel like I can play with the youngsters again! Thank you Tour Edge for making me love golf again!!
When I ordered a Tour Edge Hot Launch Max D 7 fairway wood, I wanted it cut down an inch. I also asked on the order to have the club rebalanced. They called me and told me that cutting down an inch will effect the rebalancing of the club. They said they will get it as close as they could but no guarantees. The decision was mine to make. I decided to go for it. I told Tour Edge I was replacing the grip with a Winn Dri-TAC LT oversized grip which they said was good to know for the rebalancing of the club. When I finally had the grip installed at a local golf shop, they said the club was within the balancing requirements. I was glad to hear that. Great job Tour Edge and thanks!!!!
I am 82 and originally ordered the men’s MaxD 7 fairway wood. Returned the men’s version and ordered the Max D ladies 7 fairway wood. Have played two rounds and this club is great. An inch shorter, lighter shaft and appears to have a softer tip.
This is my go to 135-140 par 3 club. High launch and soft landing. I would highly recommend the ladies version for older senior golfers. Tour Edge should also have this shaft listed for the men’s 7 Max D specifications.
Highest lofted fairway in my TE bag now. Let the club do the work and all is well. Since its new, I need to dial-in the yardage which I intend to do. Thanks (again) TE.
Have only tried it one time on the course. Wasn't my best day but really did stripe it a couple of times. Replaced my 24 deg hybrid with it and really love the elevation with the Tour Edge.
Bought for my wife who is tall and hits a men's senior shaft. She tried it on course yesterday and had good success with it. It seems easy to hit and she was getting her shots well airborne with good distance. Need to practice more with it, but so far it seems like a winner.
I have used my new 11 wood several times in my rounds of golf. My wife uses it and comments how easily she gets airborne. I’m enjoying using this club now and in the future.
