I purchased pre-owned 5 and 7 woods. 1 week later they emailed there would be a delay. 2 weeks later I called to check if inventory error or how much longer, the rep did not know. The supervisor authorized new clubs with desired shafts and they arrived in 3 days. This company stands by its products and great customer service policy!
I bought the certified pre-owned driver about a month ago. It came in. It looked like it was brand new. Love the way it hits. I really like it and I just ordered the three wood which I haven't used yet. I've been away on business. Just got back. I'm sure I'll enjoy that. It also same shaft. Same design I'm sure to clubled club will react just like the driver. Thank you
